Born and raised in South Africa, I grew up savouring the incredible taste of Karoo lamb — the best quality lamb on earth. Many believe the finest lamb comes from New Zealand, but they’ve never tasted Karoo lamb. Now, together with my wife, Anneli, we are on a mission to bring that same exceptional quality to Europe and put Bulgaria on the map of top lamb meat contenders.

Nestled in the heart of Bulgaria, our family farm combines our farming expertise with the rich, fertile soils of this beautiful country. We believe in raising the healthiest, happiest lambs, allowing them to roam free on lush, green pastures and enjoy a natural grass diet, just as nature intended.

Our journey began with a simple idea: to bring the taste of farm-fresh, grass-fed lamb to your table. We care deeply about our animals and the land, practicing sustainable farming to ensure that every bite of our lamb is as wholesome and flavourful as possible.
